Information You Provide To Us

4. Analytics Services Provided by Others.

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how our Services are being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may use tools such as Facebook’s Custom Audience program that enables us to display personalized ads to our customers as well as consumers with characteristics similar to those of our existing customers. To identify our existing customers to Facebook and determine relevant characteristics of our existing customer base, we may process your email address and phone number through a “hashing” application that converts this information to a string of alphanumeric data that is then sent to Facebook to enable Facebook to identify you (Custom Audiences) and identify other Facebook users with similar profile characteristics (Lookalike Audiences).
You may opt-out of future participation in our Facebook Custom Audience program by sending an email, from the email address you are opting out of, to account@mather.com. For your opt-out to be effective, you must: (i) place the following text in the subject line of the email – “Opting Out of Facebook Website Custom Audience Ads”, and (ii) in the body of the email, include your name and email address. We will remove your name and email address from all of our future Facebook Custom Audience datasets. In addition, you can use the Facebook advertiser preferences and settings available through Facebook’s account and privacy management features to hide any future ads from Company. 6. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals.

Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow you to tell each website you visit that you do not want your activities on that website tracked. At present, the Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals and consequently, the Services will continue to collect information about you even if your browser’s “Do Not Track” feature is activated.

7. Security.

Mather takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the Internet.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites.

We may offer you the opportunity to access third-party content, services, events or products by linking to a third-party’s website. We do not exercise control over third-party websites and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
